Try making your own ice cream and smoothies, chocolate cake and cookies - this delicious Matcha will add a healthy, antioxidant boost to anything your heart desires!  According to the latest research, Matcha is packed with exponentially more antioxidants than any other superfood!  When you drink Matcha, you ingest the entire leaf and, therefore, receive 100% of the nutrient of the leaf. Matcha is high in a catechin called EGCG, which is believed to have cancer-fighting effects on the body. Drinking green tea can be linked with lower levels of bad LDL cholesterol when drinking at least 3 cups a day! So go on, drink up or add to your favourite dessert!

Organic Japanese green tea

25g makes: 5 cups (based on 5g per 8oz of water)

Temperature: 170 degrees F (not boiling)

Add 2-3 oz of pre-boiling water and whisk, then add the rest to make 8 oz
